Beware Sneaky Labels
Plenty Foods is the ONLY peanut powder in Australia made with Aussie grown peanuts.
Some other brands may make label claims like "Australian grown and made" but the peanuts were grown overseas and milled overseas. The only thing that happened in Australia was putting the imported peanut powder in a jar/satchet.
Beware sneaky labels that use a cute map of Australia to tug on the heart strings....
Other brands made with peanuts grown overseas include:-
PB2 peanut powder
Mayvers powdered peanut butter (Peanut powder)
Macro Mike Powdered peanut butter (peanut powder)
Nothing Naughty Powdered Peanut butter (peanut powder)

Imported Peanut Butter
Sadly, many beloved peanut butter brands have stopped sourcing from Australian peanut growers, claiming supply challenges but the truth is....imported peanuts are cheaper even if Australia's quality is better.
We'd love to see these brands source the world's best peanuts from the rich red volcanic soils of Kingaroy, Wide Bay and North Qld once again.
